Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your item, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility:
The product must be returned unused, in original condition, and free from any wear and tear.
The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at morgan@racked.online within 30 days of your purchase.
We will provide you with instructions on how to return your product.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exclusions:
Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after purchase are not eligible for return.
Products that are returned without the original packaging or missing parts will not be eligible for a full refund.
Customer Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
